We are looking for Young & Energetic MBA Marketing Fresher to be part of our Business Development Team.

The job demands:

* Converting Business Leads into Opportunity

* Expand the business from existing accounts

* Look at new area of business for the organization

* Analyze the competitors and create a strategy

The ideal candidate should have

• Confidence to deal with Domestic/ International Clients (Call, in person)
• Free thinking and articulation skills with understanding of IT
• Candidate should have Web/IT sense.
• Excellent communication skills & convincing power and fluency in English and Hindi languages.
• Computer basic knowledge with data management and writing skills.
• Telemarketing & sales skills for website/apps.
• Cold calling & fixing client appointments for the leads generated.
• Regular follow-up for existing, new and prospective clients, interaction with clients and report to the management.
• Required to be constantly updated with the new technologies in the IT/Web field.
• Candidate should be able to generate sales from leads generated by marketing portals with good negotiation skills.
• Good business sense and awareness.
